So Canberra now has it's own 'annual' vegan festival! Who'd have thought?!? But the Living Green Festival is not just about being vegan - it makes the link between the food we eat and the global warming we cause; between being concerned about our carbon footprint and being kind to animals - and it shows you can be both, and have a great time while you're at it! This year's Festival was a great success! Almost 70 market and community stalls spread in and around the Albert Hall, fantastic live entertainment, mouth-watering vegan food and drink, inspiring speakers and workshops filling two tents for the whole day, super awesome volunteers wherever anyone needed them, and of course - a fabulous amount of people who just came along for a great time!
